Picture Post

It seems we haven't uploaded the pictures from the camera for a while.  Which is normal, but when there's a lot of stuff going on, you get really far behind on keeping all those pictures organized!  Ah, another project for another day!
I will guarantee this post will be long with lots of pictures, but, like our Europe trip, I am picking out the best.  So bear with me here...!!
Samuel's turkey drawing over the termite repaired wall. (He drew in pencil so it's a little hard to see!)

Thanksgiving feast and fun!

A common site when boys get new games...

Grandma Halcyon's 95th birthday party!

Moving away party from our friends

And thank goodness we did this! :-)

Cute item to be pack up!

Checking out our temporary living arrangement

A hug for Rodeo from a special little guy!!

Great friends who braved the cold, chaos, and illness to visit us!

Rodeo ready to go somewhere-
eager to not get left behind!

Checking out Grandma's iphone

Fun pancakes for breakfast

Little man pleased with his special pancakes!

Fun times driving home through a blizzard

A semi getting towed across the bridge we were supposed
to go on... but didn't!

Our first day of packing up stuff to move

Sacked out kids from an awesome
New Years Eve party

A bit out of order, but this is the boys' reaction
to looking at houses... not too thrilled!
Update on the house stuff... The one we wanted to purchase did not happen.  And we REALLY liked it.  So now we are looking into having a house built similar to the house we liked.  But that takes time and CAT doesn't really want to wait for Dave to be at his new job site for 4-6 months.  Hence the rental house picture!

We have been on the road constantly between here and Morton (our new town).  And to Cincinnati and back, and Indianapolis and back.  We recently had a milestone mileage on our car of 60,000, but it didn't take long to get the next 2,000 miles on it!

Anyway, we are looking forward to getting this move stuff done with (Have I said that before?), but we will miss our friends in and around Decatur greatly.  Luckily we're not moving that far away and we can still visit/get together with them...

Oh, and Happy New Year!  I went to get signed up for our billing for water and such today and watched as the clerk carefully wrote "1.3.13" on a paper.  I am seriously losing days with so much going on.  (Like last Thursday- I really couldn't remember it happening!)  And now that it's a new year, I feel like I'm losing years, too!  What happened to 2012??
